Russian civilian hospitalized after Ukrainian drone strike in Rylsk
Nikolai Ivanovich, 68, was hospitalized in the Kursk region after a Ukrainian drone strike in Rylsk caused him acoustic trauma and shrapnel wounds.
A drone belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out an attack on civilians in Rylsk, Kursk region, Russia, wounding 68-year-old Nikolai Ivanovich.
Kursk region Governor Alexander Hinshtein reported on the social media platform Max that the man suffered acoustic trauma and shrapnel fragments embedded in his body in the drone attack that occurred two days ago.
Governor Hinshtein said that initial treatment was provided at the local central hospital, but the injured man refused to be hospitalized.
"Today, the man again applied to the regional hospital, and doctors decided to transfer him to the regional center. The wounded man is currently under medical supervision. I wish him a speedy recovery," said Governor Hinshtein, condemning the attack on civilian targets.
