Russia: Ukraine's attempted attack on civilian targets will not go unanswered
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukraine attempted a combined attack on civilian targets in Russia on the night of July 4. The ministry announced that the attack was thwarted by air defense systems and that retaliation would follow.
