Russia has become a production base for Chinese partners
Boris Titov, co-chair of the Russia-China Friendship, Peace and Development Committee, said that more than 15,500 active companies with Chinese founders operate in Russia. Titov said the number had risen several-fold from approximately 1,400 at the end of 2021, turning Russia into a production base for Chinese partners.
