Poland’s Embassy in Kyiv will continue its operations. Poland’s Foreign Ministry said the mission’s working arrangements would remain unchanged despite Russia’s renewed call for diplomatic missions and foreign nationals to leave the Ukrainian capital.

The ministry argued that Russia’s new threats and call for diplomats to leave Kyiv were aimed at putting pressure on Europe and weakening European support for Ukraine.
In a statement published on the X platform, Poland’s Foreign Ministry said the measures in question were incompatible with the principles of international law and would not achieve their intended result. The statement stressed that Poland would continue its support for Ukraine.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry said on Saturday that foreign nationals, including foreign citizens and diplomatic mission staff, should not remain in Kyiv or travel to Ukraine. The ministry also called on people in Ukraine to stay away from military and administrative facilities.
