Natural gas supplies from Russia to Armenia will be temporarily suspended from September 15 to 25. The interruption will result from planned maintenance and repair work to be carried out in Russia.
Gazprom Armenia’s press service said the work would be conducted on the North Caucasus–South Caucasus main gas pipeline. Natural gas will not be transported to Armenia through the pipeline during this period.
According to the company, supplies to consumers in Armenia will not be disrupted. The required natural gas will be provided from the country’s domestic reserves and additional volumes supplied by Iran.
