Germany signs agreement with Ukraine for joint production of BARS drones
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga and German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius signed the implementation agreement for the production of BARS drones. The German side will finance the first phase of the project, and all vehicles will be delivered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Germany deepened military cooperation with Ukraine by signing an agreement for the joint production of BARS drones. The implementation agreement was signed by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga and German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sibiga stated on social media platform X that this agreement is a result of the joint work of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry and the German Federal Ministry of Defense under the 'Build with Ukraine' initiative.
According to the agreement, the production of drones in the first phase of the project will be financed by the German side. All produced BARS drones will be delivered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
