Foreign students accepted to Russian universities will arrive in October because of Yekaterinburg festival
Foreign students accepted to Russian universities under the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation will arrive in the cities where they will study in October due to the International Youth Festival in Yekaterinburg, scheduled for September 11–17. The festival will bring together 10,000 participants from 191 countries, including representatives selected from Türkiye.
