Russian Defense Ministry announces advances on Donetsk front, neutralizes over 355 Ukrainian soldiers
The Russian Defense Ministry's 'Center' forces have moved to more advantageous positions in several settlements in the Donetsk People's Republic and Dnipropetrovsk region, inflicting heavy losses on Ukrainian forces.
Russian Defense Ministry released a new daily briefing on the special military operation in Ukraine. The ministry announced that the 'Center' group forces improved their positions on the Donetsk front and struck numerous units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to Russian military officials, the Ukrainian side suffered heavy losses in clashes near the settlements of Toretskoye, Rubizhne, Annovka, Shevchenko, Sergeyevka, and Ivanovka. In these clashes, one mechanized brigade, two assault regiments, three marine brigades, and three national guard brigades were hit.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry's data, over 355 Ukrainian soldiers were neutralized in the last 24 hours. The list of destroyed military equipment also includes one tank, one armored combat vehicle, seven automobiles, and two electronic warfare stations.
