Crimean leader Sergey Aksenov visited areas in the north of the peninsula where power outages persist and announced that additional support measures will be taken for residents and entrepreneurs.
Aksenov said that on Thursday he visited Armyansk, Krasnoperekopsk, Dzhankoy, and the districts attached to these areas, as well as border points and key enterprises, met with the public, and held working meetings.
In a statement on his channel on the "Maks" platform, Aksenov said that due to enemy actions, people in northern Crimea are facing the most difficult situation, and added:
"Entrepreneurs in Armyansk and surrounding villages, Krasnoperekopsk and its region, Dzhankoy and its region need additional support measures, which will be developed soon."
Aksenov also instructed mayors to resolve the issue of assistance for citizens in settlements without natural gas due to the inability to provide stable electricity. He added that despite the enemy testing new drone warfare technologies in Crimea, the countermeasure system is being developed and the main lines of work have been determined with the relevant units.
Crimean Prime Minister Yuriy Gotsanyuk had said on Wednesday and Thursday that due to external interference, temporary power outages occurred in four cities and three districts in northern and western Crimea, and repair work was ongoing. It was noted that water supply disruptions also occurred due to the electricity problems.
