NATO Mobile Training Group Holds Military Course in Baku

NATO's Mobile Training Group, in partnership with the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, has launched a military management course in the capital Baku under the Partnership for Peace program. The course, which runs until July 2, focuses on NATO standards and modern technological solutions.

NATO Mobile Training Group Holds Military Course in Baku

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense announced that NATO's Mobile Training Group has launched a military management course in the capital Baku.

The course is conducted under the Partnership for Peace program, valid for 2026, between the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense and NATO. Students of the Military Management Course at the Military Management Institute of the Azerbaijani National Defense University are participating in the training.

Training program and topics

As part of the program, briefings were given to military personnel on topics such as exercise planning in NATO, conducting exercises in accordance with NATO standards, and target setting. Then group and individual work was carried out.

Course objective and duration

The main objective of the training is to increase the theoretical and practical knowledge of military personnel in accordance with modern requirements, to teach the use of modern technological solutions, methods and tools, and to study NATO standards and procedures in this area.

The course will continue until July 2.
