YOUR NEXT STEP

1. Learn the curfew hours

Find out the curfew hours from announcements by the administration of the city and region where you are staying.

Prepare in advance

  • Find out the curfew hours from announcements by the administration of the city and region where you are staying.
  • Carry your passport and, if applicable, your residence permit; for foreigners, carrying the original document is the safest option.
  • Find the shelters in advance in the building where you are staying, at your workplace, and near places you visit frequently.
  • In Diia, open the Незламність section and then Укриття; if desired, download your region's map for offline use.
  • Keep your phone charged and carry a spare battery.

During an alert

  • When the alarm sounds, go to the nearest shelter, even during curfew hours.
  • Take your phone and documents with you when going to the shelter.
  • Remain in the shelter until an audio announcement says that the alert has ended.
  • If there is no mobile network but Wi-Fi is available, call 112 through the 112 Ukraine app after logging in.
