Application and permit

• 1. Prepare the required documentsPrepare the application, contract, undertaking, passport copy, and 3×4 cm color photograph.
• 2. Have the employer submit the applicationThe employer applies through Gosuslugi or the migration department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• 3. Pay the work permit feeA state fee of 5,000 rubles is paid for the work permit.
• 4. Complete document verificationAfter the Ministry of Internal Affairs invitation arrives in the personal account, the employer's representative goes to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the original documents.
• 5. Obtain a work visa if necessaryIf you are in Türkiye, obtain a work visa from the Russian consulate with the invitation; the employer determines whether an invitation is required.

• 6. Receive the permit within 30 daysPersonally receive the permit with your identity document within 30 calendar days from the decision.
• 7. Complete post-entry registration proceduresWithin 30 days after entry, complete fingerprinting, photograph registration, and the medical examination.
• 8. Complete migration registration on timeComplete migration registration after the first 90 days.
• 9. Start the extension on timeThe employer must apply for an extension at least 30 days before the permit expires.
