Armenian President accepts government resignation as new parliament convenes
Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan approved the government's resignation at the new National Assembly's first session. Under the constitution, after accepting the resignation, Khachaturyan will appoint the candidate put forward by the parliamentary majority as prime minister.
