Home rental

  • Do not send money without seeing the home; examine the landlord’s passport and the property ownership document.
  • State the term, rent amount, payment date, deposit, utilities, and the people who will live together in the contract.
  • If possible, pay the rent by bank transfer and keep the receipts.
  • Declare your address within 30 days after moving in.
  • If you want to end the contract, give the landlord three months’ written notice.
