Make an appointment with the responsible Turkish diplomatic mission together with your spouse and apply for the certificate of capacity to marry.

Preparation and application
- Make an appointment with the responsible Turkish diplomatic mission together with your spouse and apply for the certificate of capacity to marry.
- Submit the required identity, birth, photograph, and marital-status documents together at the mission.
- Have documents issued in Turkey, such as a birth registration extract and divorce judgment, apostilled.
- Have the documents translated into Ukrainian and have the translations duly certified.
- Apply to ДРАЦС or ЦНАП together with your spouse and pay the state fee.
- Attend the marriage ceremony one month after the application and collect the marriage certificate issued to you.
- Notify the Turkish diplomatic mission of the marriage within 30 days at the latest after the ceremony.
