1. Prepare your РВП or ВНЖ document

2. Prepare the ИП documentsPrepare Form P21001, a copy of your passport, the address document if required, and the fee receipt.
3. Submit the ИП applicationApply to the tax office, an МФЦ, a notary, or the State online business registration service.
4. Receive the ИП registration documentIf the documents are complete, the ЕГРИП registration document will be sent to the email address stated in the application after 3 business days.

5. Prepare the ООО incorporation documentsPrepare Form P11001, the incorporation decision or meeting minutes, the company charter, and, if necessary, an extract from the foreign company register.
6. Determine the company registration addressProvide an address where the general director is located and where the Tax Service can genuinely reach the company.
7. Submit the ООО applicationSubmit the application in person, through a notary, at an МФЦ, or with a qualified electronic signature.
8. Pay the charter capitalPay your share of the capital, at least 10,000 rubles, within the period specified in the incorporation agreement and no later than 4 months after registration.

9. Submit the УСН notificationA new company or ИП may submit a notification for the simplified tax regime within 30 calendar days from tax registration.
10. Complete the work permit processIf a founder staying on a visa will work as the general director of their own company, they must obtain a work permit or a ВКС permit.
