Check whether your digital policy has been issued by looking in the “Documents → Health” section of Gosuslugi.

2. Prepare the documentsPrepare the application form, passport, and СНИЛС; for a child, add the required birth, custody, and СНИЛС documents.
3. ApplyРВП holders can apply to an insurance company listed by МГФОМС; ВНЖ holders can apply to an insurance company or МФЦ.
4. Apply onlineIf you wish, you can also apply for ОМС through Gosuslugi.
5. Receive the policyOnce your details have been entered in the register, obtain the policy details and barcode from the insurance company or your Gosuslugi account.
6. Register with a clinicComplete the прикрепление process with a clinic and make appointments using your policy number.
7. Update your detailsIf your name or address changes, update your policy details within 1 month.
